2025-2026 Admissions Timeline

The 2025-2026 academic admissions process at St. John the Evangelist Catholic School is now underway! We are excited to welcome both new and returning students to our vibrant community. Below is a detailed timeline outlining key dates and important steps to ensure your child’s spot for the upcoming school year. Whether you’re re-registering a current student or submitting an application for a new one, please take note of the deadlines for our admissions process this year.

2025-2026 NEW student applications available

November 4, 2024

Re-registration for CURRENT STUDENTS begins

Email sent to families with instructions for completing re-registration

November 22, 2024

Deadline for Re-registration for all CURRENT STUDENTS

Sibling applications DUE

The registration fee for returning students is $250/child with a maximum of    $500/family. This fee will be credited toward 2025-2026 tuition.

December 13, 2024

Deadline for NEW STUDENT applications

Accepted new students notified on or before January 24, 2025

February 5, 2025

New K-8 student Welcome Reception, 2 p.m.

February 14, 2025

Deadline for NEW student registration form and enrollment fee 

The new student enrollment fee is a non-refundable $200 fee and will officially reserve a class seat for the new student. 

February 28, 2025

FACTs Grant and Aid Applications due for NEW and RETURNING students

2025-2026 contracts available to NEW and RETURNING families

Deadline for NEW and RETURNING 2025-2026 contract signatures and tuition deposit

Contract signatures and payment of $300 non-refundable contract deposit guarantees a seat for the 2025-2026 school year
