SJE Advocate Program

Share the #PowerOfSmall with your neighbors, co-workers, friends, teammates and family members! Tell them about the great school your child attends and encourage them to visit your favorite #BlueRibbon school.

SJE parents are the school’s B E S T  salespeople and ambassadors! The faculty and staff count on you to help our school continue to grow and maintain a healthy enrollment. The SJE Advocate Program rewards currently enrolled families for each new family they refer to SJE. 

SJE Advocate Program Part I 

Current Families 

  • The Advocate Program is open to all SJE school families with currently enrolled PreK through Grade 7 student(s). 
  • For each new family who enters the name of a current school family (at the bottom of page 3 of SJE’s online application), the current school family will receive a $500 tuition credit in mid-October of the following school year if the new family is enrolled effective October 15. 
  • Tuition credits are awarded on a per new family basis, not per new student basis. 
  • A current school family may refer multiple new families. The amount of the tuition credit will not exceed the total tuition owed by the family. Tuition credits will not be redeemed for cash. 
  • A new family is defined as a family not presently enrolled, nor enrolled in prior years, in SJE’s PreK to Grade 8. 

SJE Advocate Program Part 2 

Anyone

  • Anyone (e.g. faculty, staff, current parents, alumni parents, parishioners, community members, etc.) can earn a chance in a $250 cash raffle that takes place annually at the St. John the Evangelist School Back-to-School Night in September. Simply encourage your neighbors, co-workers, friends, teammates and family members to take a private tour of SJE and submit your name, contact information, and the name of the prospective touring family to the Advancement/Admissions Director via email. Names will be entered in the raffle immediately after the prospective touring family completes its tour.
